| Description | Sealed tenders / bids are invited from the tax registered firms for the following tender on the basis of Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in terms of rule no. 36 (b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 (PPRA Rules 2004): TENDER FOR OUTSOURCING OF JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR PAKISTAN INSTITUTE OF FASHION AND DESIGN, LAHORE (PIFD/TENDER/2023-24/013) ? Bidding is open to all the firms having NTN / GST registration and experience of working with education / government institutes. ? Tendering will be based upon Single Stage Two Envelop bidding process. Interested firms / bidders must submit their proposals in two separate envelops clearly marked as technical and financial proposals respectively. ? Tender documents may be purchased at the cost of Rs. 2,000/- (non-refundable) from the Treasurer Office on submission of request latter at the address given below within office hours (09:00am to 04:00pm except Saturdays and Sundays). ? Tenders must be delivered at the address mentioned below on or before 19th March, 2024 at 11:00 am. ? At the first stage, only technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am. Where-as Financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened at second stage. Tenders submitted late will not be considered. ? In case of holiday, proceeding of the tender will be conducted on next working day. ? Black listed companies or the companies involved in litigation will not be entertained. ?
